REGULATIONS OF THE WORLD VENSE LURE FISHING TOURNAMENT. 2023

Welcome to the VENSE Lure Fishing World Tournament. 2023

The main objective of this tournament is for all anglers to fish with the VENSE range of lures and to cover all the species possible to catch with VENSE lures around the world.

The Categories will be DETERMINED by the action of each VENSE Lure. (Water column)

CATEGORIES:

⌲ SUPERFICIAL: Popper Juggernaut, Baby popper Juggernaut, Dinamico (Stick), TUMBAO 150 y 130. 

⌲ MEDIA AGUA: Percha, Percha Pro 80, Big Bang, Curve. 

⌲ PROFUNDIDAD: Percha pro diver 80, Percha pro diver 100, Raptor 70 Tg, Rubber shrimp 305. 

Note: we will include VENSE Lures from the first Generation for those who have the good fortune to keep them.

We also make the reservation that you can change hooks to the lures and also add weights.

1. Length:

The minimum length of bass scored in the competition is 8 inches. VIDEOS shorter than the minimum will be denied.

2. Condition:

Fish must be caught solely and exclusively with VENSE lures, and this same lure must be shown in the video, (Preferably on the Fish). Based on ties in measurement, the fish (Competitor) that has the lure attached will win.

Caudal (tail) fin: The tip of at least one lobe of the caudal (tail) fin must be in contact with the measurement board.

If the entire caudal fin (tail) is lifted off the measurement board so that the tip is not in contact for long, the VIDEO will be denied.

3.Measurement:

The Fish must be measured from its mouth or nose to its tail, (Starts at zero from the Head or mouth). Taking into account that fish with open tails will be measured from the vertex of the angle, from the fork or fork of the tail.

4. (Official Rule, with a VENSE fish holder duly validated by the organizing committee). The good condition of the rule 📏 is the absolute responsibility of the fisherman and he must take into account that the numbering must be clear so that the judges can easily see the measurement. Modulating and explaining out loud when we perform the measurement is important.

5. All fish must be caught live, the Competitor must use only legal equipment and methods that comply with all sport fishing statutes and regulations of the states and body of water in which they are caught.

Competitors are responsible for researching and complying with all fishing and boating regulations applicable to their Fishing Areas.

NOTE: All fish must be uploaded in the category and in the corresponding species, otherwise catches will be denied.

6. All fish must be caught using rod, reel, line and VENSE lures. All rules or measurement tables are accepted in 2022. (The official tournament rule is not mandatory for this year 2022, but by tiebreaker the fish (Competitor) that uses the official rule will win.

7. You can fish from a boat, kayak, canoe, dock, shore, etc.

Each VIDEO must be unique.

8. The VIDEO must be recorded in good quality so that the judge can evaluate the following: Verify that the fish's jaw touches the beginning of the ruler, and that the mouth is closed. The numbering of the ruler must be seen correctly.

SUPPORT VIDEO: THE support video will be an endorsement that the fisherman should make to give more strength to his catch, in the year 2022 and the 3 best support videos will be awarded.

9. The judge's inability to verify the extent of the capture will result in the denial of the VIDEO.

10. Your hand should not cover the mouth, eye, under the operculum and tail fin.

11. Scoring: Length is rounded to the next 1/4 inch mark lower than the tail fin of the fish.

NOTE: In case of a tie in score, the tie is broken in favor of the competitor who first recorded the VIDEO in the application.

Whoever uses the official ruler will have an advantage over unofficial measurements.

12. The competitor is responsible for complying with all applicable safety regulations.

13. Each competitor's participation in this tournament is voluntary and each competitor is responsible for his or her behavior and actions.

14. The creation of a new species will be done by uploading the first catch of it, which must be done in any other species and the subspecies will be created with the upload of 5 fishermen who capture it.

15. Monthly raffles will require catches from the corresponding month.

16. The Organizing Committee together with the judges reserve the right of admission.

Anything not provided for in the regulations will be analyzed by the Organizing Committee and its decision on the case will be final.
